Is there local pickup available?
Yes make sure you choose local pickup in shipping options on checkout. Saturdays is our desired day for pickup. 
How many days does it take to ship my order?
It takes 1-3 days after your cup has been prepped and finished to ship your order excluding holidays and sundays.
How do i make a custom order?
Please go to our How To Place A Custom Order tab for a four step picture tutorial on how to do so.
If i have a picture i would like added on my personalized cup how do i do so?
Please email us with the picture/pictures after you have confirmed your order has been completed.
